Alexander Fidora (UAB-ICREA) has been awarded the prestigious Alexander von Humboldt Research Award of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. This award is in recognition of Fidora’s crucial studies in medieval philosophy, which reshaped the way to consider the cross-linguistic and cross-cultural foundations of medieval philosophy. Our most sincere congratulations to Alexander for this impressive achievement, which also acknowledges the importance of our discipline by one of the most distinguished research institutions in the world.
