There are moments when a landscape speaks more clearly than words, and thoughts run deeper than the daily rush allows. This December, the IPM Team set out to capture those exact moments — the intersection of the world around us and the reflections within us.

This is a collective journey across horizons, through shadows, and into the quiet corners of the year’s end. Each member of our team has contributed a piece of their world: a vista that gave them pause, paired with a reflection that gave that place meaning.
